Serum Base

Manibhu's Skin Glow Serum Base has been formulated to give the right hydration for glowing and nourished skin.

This base can be used by using the below percentages:
1. For Essential oils and Fragrance oils, up to 1% of the Serum Base should be used.
2. For Extracts, 5% of the Serum Base should be used.

This water-based Serum Base can also be used by itself.
