Mango Rosehip Hair Mask Cream Base

Manibhu's Mango Rosehip Hair Mask Cream Base has been formulated to improve the health of the hair. It is most commonly used for:
1. Boosting moisture in the hair
2. Increasing hair strength
3. Treating dandruff
4. Giving the hair a shine

This Cream Base can be used by using the below percentages:
1. For Essential oils and Fragrance oils, up to 1% of the Cream Base should be used.
2. For Extracts, 5% of the Cream Base should be used.

This Cream Base can also be used by itself.
