Green Tea and Cucumber Gel-Cream Base

Manibhu's Green Tea and Cucumber Gel-Cream Base is a combination of the emollience of creams with high absorption of gels. It is most commonly used for:
1. Reducing skin inflammation
2. Treating acne
3. Hydrating the skin
4. Reducing puffiness under the eyes

This Gel-Cream Base can be used by using the below percentages:
1. For Essential oils and Fragrance oils, up to 1% of the Gel Cream Base should be used.
2. For Extracts, 5% of the Gel-Cream Base should be used.

This Gel-Cream Base can also be used by itself.
