Skin Glow Serum Base

Manibhu's Skin Glow Serum Base has been formulated to give the skin a rich glow. This Serum Base contains Apricot Oil, which gives the skin a radiant look and softens the skin. It is most commonly used for:
1. Giving the skin a glow
2. Softening the skin
3. Giving the skin a radiant look
4. Whitening the skin

This base can be used by using the below percentages:
1. For Essential oils and Fragrance oils, up to 1% of the Serum Base should be used.
2. For Extracts, 5% of the Serum Base should be used.

This water-based Serum Base can also be used by itself.
