Ocean Wave Fragrance Oil

Manibhu's Ocean Wave Fragrance oil is oil soluble.

Ocean Wave Fragrance Oil is highly concentrated, the below usage rates are recommended:
a. Gels, Toners, or high water-based products should use 0.5% of Ocean Wave Fragrance Oil for dry, sensitive and acne-prone skin.
b. 1% for oily and combination skin
c. 1% for dry, sensitive and acne-prone skin
d. 2% for oily and combination skin
e. 5% for Hair Oils
f. 2- 3% for Liquid Shampoos, Face washes and Body washes

This fragrance is compatible with cold-processed soap making.
