Under Eye Cream Base

Manibhu's Under-Eye Cream Base has been formulated to reduce puffiness and dark spots under the eyes. This Cream Base contains Rosehip Oil, which is used to decrease inflammation in the skin. The serum base also contains Papaya which is used for skin brightening. It is most commonly used for:
1. Decreasing inflammation under the eyes
2. Reducing puffiness under the eyes
3. Moisturizing the skin
4. Brightening the skin

This Cream Base can be used by using the below percentages:
1. For Essential oils and Fragrance oils, up to 1% of the Cream Base should be used.
2. For Extracts, 5% of the Cream Base should be used.

This Cream Base can also be used by itself.
