Anti-Stretch Marks Serum Base

Manibhu's Anti-Stretch Marks Serum Base has been formulated to treat stretch marks. This Serum Base contains Wheat Gram extract which increases blood supply to the skin, moisturizes the skin, increases skin flexibility, treats stretch marks. It is most commonly used for:
1. Moisturizing the skin
2. Increases skin flexibility
3. Treating stretch marks
4. Increases blood supply to the skin

This base can be used by using the below percentages:
1. For Essential oils and Fragrance oils, up to 1% of the Serum Base should be used.
2. For Extracts, 5% of the Serum Base should be used.

This water-based Serum Base can also be used by itself.
