Under Eye Serum Base

Manibhu's Under Eye Serum Base has been formulated to treat Under Eye problems. This Serum Base contains Rosehip Oil, which is used to decrease inflammation in the skin. The serum base also contains Papaya which is used for skin brightening. It is most commonly used for:
1. Removing dark circles
2. Brightening the skin
3. Reducing puffiness
4. Softening the skin

This base can be used by using the below percentages:
1. For Essential oils and Fragrance oils, up to 1% of the Serum Base should be used.
2. For Extracts, 5% of the Serum Base should be used.

This water-based Serum Base can also be used by itself.
