Skin Firming Serum Base

Manibhu's Skin Firming Serum Base has been formulated to tighten the skin. This Serum Base contains Horse Chestnut extract which tightens the skin, evens the skin tone, keeps the skin clean, etc. It is most commonly used for:
1. Tightening the skin
2. Cleansing the skin
3. Evening the skin tone
4. Softening the skin

This base can be used by using the below percentages:
1. For Essential oils and Fragrance oils, up to 1% of the Serum Base should be used.
2. For Extracts, 5% of the Serum Base should be used.

This water-based Serum Base can also be used by itself.
